Fit One Four

I was a professional soccer coach and currently NSCA-CPT.. I like to train. I’ve trained in multiple states, multiple cities. If you love training, if training is important to you. You MUST train here at least once, come around 4:30pm. and experience the environment that Ryan, his trainers and the people that train here have created. I’ve trained in dozens and dozens of gyms. This place is number one in terms of training environment. My training has improved since I came here due in large part to the environment Ryan has fostered. If you’re into powerlifting, talk to Grant. He can help you realize your strength goals. Ilana can put you on a path for transformation, Nathan, kaitlyn, Jordan, Winston, Dez, they’re all fantastic. The Rogue hex dumbbells are the best, reverse hyper is amazing, assault runners, the matrix treadmill is fast, the smith machine is heavy, which is ideal with added stability. The lying prone hamstring and leg extension hit different and are rare pieces to find. 24/7 access of course. I can’t re-iterate enough how fantastic the people are, I guarantee your training will improve if you make FitOne4 your gym.

Fit One Four is an excellent gym with both a serious approach to training and a welcoming environment. I spent years between big gym chains, always encountering the same sorts of issues with dirty, poorly maintained equipment and loud distractions. Fit One Four is a total breath of fresh air. It’s a high-energy spot where the owner actually cares about the facility (and it shows). The community is solid—everyone is respectful and focused on their goals. Additionally, the trainers are incredibly professional. It’s easily the best training environment in the area for a very reasonable price.

Been going just over a year, everyone has been very polite and respectful. Ryan (Owner) makes sure equipment is fixed and up to date and has even allowed me to continue going despite some financial difficulties in the past. He's very accommodating and knowledgeable and it has a very family like feel. Great gym for all levels of gym goers!

I joined Fit One Four two years ago and it’s honestly been one of the best life decisions I’ve ever made. The gym is a vibe - always clean, the energy is motivating, and amazing ownership.
