Shay (plumber/techician) came to my house on the same day I called in and checked my leaking water heater (over 10years old) - he said I need to replace the water heater asap and provided me a quote so I decided to have it replaced. He came next morning and installed a new water heater. He worked delligently and did a great job! He also recommended to have install a PRV due to my house water have high pressure and provided me a quote. I might have it done soon. Shay was very pleasant, easy to talk, skilled on his job, and explained well when I questioned. Recommend his work to others.

I’m a new, first time homeowner so still learning about everything. I had pipes randomly start rattling after a shower and couldn’t find the issue. Called a plumber out with the $100 rush fee to be safe. He took one look and said it was high water pressure and a $1,200 PRV installation would fix the issue (didn’t even gauge the pressure). Also took a quick look at my 7-8 year old water heater and said that should be replaced too. Gave quotes and encouraged the annual membership they offer. A few days later, I had the city come out to measure the pressure to see if they’d cover the cost of a PRV…it was 45 PSI. That day I found a leak in the backyard shed which I thought water had been cut off to (7 days after I call their plumber). I’m an idiot for not checking but so are they…
