Top-Tier Cuts & Great Service I’ve been to a lot of barber shops, and this place is easily one of the best. The barbers are professional, take their time, and really pay attention to detail. My fade was clean, my line-up was sharp, and the overall vibe in the shop was chill and welcoming. You can tell they care about their craft and about making sure customers leave looking right. If you want a consistent, high-quality cut, this is definitely the spot. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Update: The owner personally reached out, took accountability, and followed up to make things right. I came in for a complimentary cut and was compensated for the inconvenience, which I truly appreciate. That said, the service felt somewhat rushed due to another appointment, and the fade I originally requested wasn’t fully executed as planned. There was also continued emphasis on the review itself, including follow-ups after I had explained I had been hospitalized, which made the interaction feel more focused on reputation than on resolution. I do respect that he owned the mistake and made an effort to correct it. With stronger communication, pacing, and boundaries, I believe the shop has real potential to provide a better experience. ——————————————————————— I had a frustrating experience with Fade Factory due to poor communication and lack of follow-through. I called about 3 hours in advance to book a 7:00 PM appointment. I was told that appointments had to be booked with a specific barber, but I was also advised that the shop would be open until 8:00 PM and that I could walk in at 7:00 PM instead. I confirmed on the phone that I would be stopping by at that time. To make it on time, I booked and paid for a Lyft. When I arrived at 7:00 PM, the shop was closed, and no one answered the phone. GPS still showed the business as open until 8:00 PM. Had I been given accurate information, I would’ve booked an appointment elsewhere. Instead, I wasted time and money based on guidance that wasn’t honored. This was irresponsible and unprofessional, especially after confirming directly by phone. Clear communication matters—if hours change or walk-ins aren’t guaranteed, customers should be told upfront.

Geno is my guy. Master craftsman and super good dude. I’ve had multiple compliments on my fades. Geno is punctual, professional, takes his craft seriously, and strives to establish a positive relationship with his clients. Always enjoy catching up with my guy. Clean shop on the Eastside with super cool folks and talented artisans. Highly recommend.

Stay away from Geno and Aaron L. My partner and I booked two confirmed 9:00 AM appointments with two different barbers. At 8:50 AM, Aaron L. texted my partner asking to change the appointment time. When my partner said no, the appointment was immediately canceled with no apology or attempt to reschedule. Minutes later, Geno called me and said, “Just being honest bro, I’m 15 minutes late.” I said not really Geno responded, “At least I’m letting you know,” then hung up and canceled my appointment as well. Both confirmed appointments were canceled at the last minute with zero professionalism or respect for our time. If you value reliability and basic customer service, take your business elsewhere.

I book with Geno and he’s consistently solid — pays attention to detail, takes his time, and really knows how to deliver a clean cut. The environment in the shop is welcoming and comfortable, which makes the whole experience even better. Good vibes, professional service, and quality work every time.
