I started going to F45 about 2 years ago and absolutely love it. There are adults in there of all ages and fitness levels. I like how you can scale or modify any station needed. The coaches really make the place too - it's evident they really care about your form, goals and that you enjoy being there. I feel the workouts are effective, thorough and efficient. You're in about in 45 minutes including the warm up and cool down. They utilize a user friendly app so you can reserve a spot in the class time you want. My favorite part is what a nice community of people are there. You can count on running into familiar friendly faces that step up and cheer each other on each time. If you are new to working out, an experienced athlete or anywhere in between, definitely give F45 a try. As a local Chiropractor, I enjoy regularly referring my patients here as part of their self care plan.

I’ve been coming to WeHa F45 since October and love it. It feels more like a community than any gym I’ve been to. The trainers knew my name from day one, check my form, and genuinely encourage you. Highly recommend.

Been coming to this F45 since 2023 and love it. Marcus and Tommy are extremely kind and knowledgeable, I really appreciate their attention to good form. Very welcoming. Their morning classes are a great way to start the day.

I joined this studio for 7 months and I had to move to another state for work but this is the best functional training gym I’ve ever been to. I loved every class with Beth, Marcus and Tommy. They’re not only amazing and knowledgeable coaches, but they also care about every single person in their classes and make sure you’ll do the exercises with the right form and weight. Their dedication kept me motivated throughout my journey and will keep me motivated from now on. Thank you guys!

Great studio with great trainers and great community! Everyone from the staff to the gym members are so nice and friendly which makes it extremely easy to go everyday. The trainers have the perfect balance of motivating and pushing you without being aggressive about it. The other gym members work hard which motivates you to do so as well. A very welcoming environment where I don’t feel judged or intimidated.
