I ordered and fully paid for my glasses in December after my annual exam. I was told they would be ready in two weeks. I never received a call. After multiple follow-ups and visits, I kept being told different excuses — that they weren’t ready, that there was an issue and they were being remade, and now that insurance might not have approved them. I personally contacted my insurance, today 02/08/2026 anfter the last call to the clinic and they confirmed everything was approved back in January. It has been months, and no one at this clinic can give me a clear answer or solution. The communication and professionalism are extremely poor. I still do not have my glasses, despite having paid for them. Very disappointing experience.

Literally the whole experience was great. The scenery with the fishes and the section for the kids to play. The staff up front was very helpful and polite. Then we get called to the back and the young lady that helps Dr Nguyen was so patient with my 2 year old , sweet and helpful . Then Dr Nguyen came in and was very welcoming and bubbly, he was also very detailed. I definitely give it a 10/10 and will be back

Dr Nguyen is a very patient and good bed side manner physician. However, getting in contact with the office directly is a nightmare!! I have called and left messages numerous of times to order contact lenses or even just get my prescription to order elsewhere and have been unsuccessful!! Their office hours only work best for me on Saturdays but who wants to utilize their time to travel in person for something can can easily be resolved over the phone.

I had an excellent experience with Eye center of Houston. The doctor was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was friendly and professional, and the clinic was clean and well-organized. My eye exam was done carefully, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the visit. I’m really happy with the care I received and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled eye specialist.
