I can’t say enough good things about my experience on 2/28 at Extra Space Storage on Blair Rd NW, Washington DC. The customer service rep who assisted me was DeMarco, and his assistance was top notch. His demeanor was pleasant and positive . He was attentive , polite and respectful. Demarco was very knowledgeable, listened carefully to my concerns and took time to fully explain the answers to my questions. He presented me with a range of options tailored to my needs, took me on a tour of the facility and assisted me in evaluating my choices to make the best decision possible. I left feeling happy and satisfied with my experience. Demarco is truly an asset to your company.

The EXTRA SPACE STORAGE TEAM LOCATION ON BLAIR RD. NW WASHINGTON, DC IS AMAZING!!! I AM ABSOLUTELY AMAZED WITH THE CONSISTENCY OF PROFESSIONALISM THAT MS. DEE DISPLAYS! I TRULY APPRECIATE THE COURTESY REMINDER CALLS & ALSO THAT THEY KEEP THE PROPERTY SOOOOO CLEAN!! This is my second time renting space at this location! Thanks EXTRA SPACE STORAGE KEEP DOING AN AMAZING JOB!!!

Extra Space on Blair Road is phenomenal! Why? Mr. Foster and his staff are very customer-friendly oriented! I had a question regarding a family member’s ownership of space for an extended period of time. He promptly provided me with the guidelines to follow for the change to co-ownership. The co-ownership was successful with the appropriate legal documents in place. Every time I call my questions are answered with courteous and knowledge. And during the course of co-ownership; I have inadvertently forgotten to make a timely payment the staff has called within 1-2 business day(s) as a reminder. I am so accepting of their call and quickly make the payment. The courtesy call is so very much appreciated! Thank you Extra Space for such professionals, courteous and knowledgeable staff at the Blair Road location! I highly recommend this location and business!

This ExtraSpace storage facility has great service! Floors are clean and there’s always available push cart when needed. Place has parking space and most of all the security and of the place is high end! Dee help me with most of my questions /transactions and made easy! Thanks guys!
