Lydia helped us choose our unit by showing us several choices. She made sure we got the best rate, knew all of our options and understood how to access the unit online before we left. Great customer service!

The staff today Ms Lydia was not only helpful early in she was a delight as I returned guiding through the online process of setting up my account. She's truly a well rounded lady. Her customer service is excellent. You guys can use more staff like her.

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Kobe. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole process completely stress-free. He helped me choose the right size unit for what I needed, explained everything clearly, and got me set up in no time. The facility itself is super clean, easy to access, and feels very secure. You can tell Kobe really cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. I’ve rented storage before, but this has been by far the smoothest experience I’ve had. Highly recommend this location — ask for Kobe, he’ll take great care of you!
