This has to be one of if not the best experience I've had with any storage company. Everything was setup quickly and explained with no problems. I was even running late as I was in the middle of moving furniture by myself and Ashley in West Hartford reopened to help me and I can't thank her enough.

I absolutely love the 1031 New Britain Ave location. It’s always clean, the staff is professional, kind and courteous. The office manager Ashley is amazing. She always go above and beyond for her customers. She treats everyone with respect. She is also helpful and resourceful and I appreciate that😊

I have had my storage for almost a year at this location and I am so happy with everything. I feel like my belongings are secure, it’s always clean but most importantly the staff. Ashley is the best!! She goes out of her way to help us with anything we need and is always welcoming.

I am moving to the area and popped in unannounced on Saturday to secure a large, drive-up access unit. They are the only ones in the area that offer climate controlled drive up access! Ashley was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable! Great experience from start to finish - highly recommend!
