Angry was so helpful and made my whole experiance even better. She provided her help with an extra dose of humanity. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone based off the managers interactions and the locations style of communications

This place allows the unhoused to live in units. They come and go like it’s normal! My unit was broken into more than once. And they advertise indoor units but they don’t have any units indoors. None of them are air cooled at all. Your stuff is not safe here. I moved out over two weeks ago and still got charged for another month! It was supposed to be credited back to my account last night but it wasn’t! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Run! Now I have to call this place back again to try and get my money back.

I been in this location for 4 years. I’ve had all good experiences never had any trouble with the security of my stuff. Always clean. The staff is always friendly specially Andry she’s so wonderful and helpful always helping me find solutions. She’s on point with her work always notifying me if there’s a problem. I recommend this location 100% their prices are great..

This is my first time using Extra Space Storage and I will say everything went great. I literally made the reservation online while driving to the location so that was completely convenient. I arrived after office hours, but that was fine because all of my Access was emailed to me. They made it easy to pre-pay for a couple of months, and getting in and out of the storage was very easy. I had to call Customer Service to get a couple of questions answered, she was friendly, efficient and answered all of my questions. Next time I need a temporary storage, this will be the first place I go!
