Great experience! Clean building and units, great staff and super easy process to get unit, make payments and move out was a breeze! Nich and Tay were fantastic! Very helpful and courteous! 10 out of 10 will recommend!

I received excellent genuine customer service from Mr. Delonte and Ms. Nikh., during my visits to the storage, I had separate encounters with both . The two gave me polite greeting and were eager to allay my concerns. Once I accidentally left a box out in the hallway and Nikh contacted me to ascertain what I plan to do with it and I explained what had happened and she said that she would take care of it , which she did and it gave me the impression that she was always available to assist when needed. Delonte also reviewed my account to determine whether there were any changes he could do to retain me as a client. Each encounter was professional ,respectful and any issues was resolved quickly. Overall great service, clean building and bathroom. If you need to storage your belongings go to 1240 Mt. Olivet Rd. N.E., DC, where you will get great service every time. Renee

I’m new to renting a storage place and I was sure I’d be annoyed by the whole process. The team at ESS on Mt. Olivet make it so easy! Tim was helpful in giving me a tour of various storage spaces that could fit my items, showed me how entry worked, and cleaned the unit I wanted that same day. The facility itself is clean, well lit, at a good temperature, and makes transporting your goods from your car to your unit a smooth process (literally, the trolleys don’t bump at all in and out of the elevator. Can’t recommend the place more.

I’ve been a customer for 4yrs and NEVER have I experienced the things that’s been going on there in the past few months. The new employees put my card on auto pay without my consent then went up interest $75 for a half of storage box so I was charged $170 without consent! THEN I CALL THE FACILITY WHERE MELODY THE SO CALLED MANAGER WAS RUDE, NASTY & HUNG UP IN MY FACE where I had to come in person ask for a refund she was upset and police were involved! MELODY is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I tried callin corporate which doesn’t seem to work so u will be takin this into a legal matter because as a customer I should not have to go through this or feel like I’m being scammed out my money.
