Expert Tax & Accounting

The brief reason of the 1 start review is simple they just didn't care about my business. Second time that we noticed that purchases were not added correctly in our taxes causing us to pay thousands of dollars more that we should have. When we find out and pointed out to Mark Jugan. He reply to an email saying that they don't usually charge extra for amendments but since it was our fault for not given them permission to the accounts, we have to pay extra for it when they never ask for it or even do an update on the accounts used for your business in the past 3 years we haven't seen their faces or receive any accounting advise to run a more balance/profitable business. To finish up we expressed that it has become more stressful to have them as a bookkeeper and accounting services that we might start looking for a new company and his answer was ok I' will stop our services immediately and by the way the amendments were never file so you can take it somewhere else if you like :( with this answer he shows that he never care about our business he could care less weather we do business with them or not. I'm not sure if he is the owner or just an employee but you can tell the lack of business appreciation as long as he gets pay its all good them.

Mark, is amazing and knows his Taxes lol. Courteous, promp, professional, super intelligent, and a great sense of humor. I was truly impressed and this is where I'll be going to get my taxes done from now on. I truly recommend Expert Tax, oh and let me not forget the receptionist is amazing as well!

I would like to say Mark and Talley are wonderful! I have been using another accountant for many years, however my accountant had become absent over the last 2 years. I called Marks office today and explained my situation to him. I owed penalties to the IRS because my former accountant did not file an extension. Mark allowed me to come into the office without an appointment and look over my taxes. He explained everything in detail as to what happened and advised me what to do. Needless to say, I got a refund on the penalties I owed the IRS. He was very knowledgeable and a very nice man. Talley, who was working the front office was absolutely fantastic as well! Because of their expertise and kindness, I will be using them for my accounting needs. My sister is also going to be using them as well. Thank you very much Mark and Talley for your services today! Great business ethics you have!!

I first went to Expert Tax and Accounting 3 years ago and I am very glad I did. I have been going back ever since. Mark is a super nice guy and a fantastic accountant. Mark has done my taxes the past three years and always does a very professional job and gets me out the door quickly. The staff at ETA, Holly and Tally, is super friendly and professional.
