The women's locker room has just been a total shit-show (literally and metaphorically) recently. There has been toilet paper clogging the first stall for multiple days in a row, not to mention the wads of USED toilet paper on the ground and wrappers from menstrual products. Now, I understand this is an issue with gym clientele behaving like toddlers rather than adults -- that can't exactly be controlled. But I think that there needs to be more oversight from janitorial staff and/or other employees checking in on this sort of thing. Improved oversight wouldn't just create a more sanitary environment in the locker room. My past few workouts, I have noticed the same woman (around 8-9 P.M., my usual time at the gym) come in with a giant duffle bag and whole foods bag both full of borderline garbage. Today she was wearing giant platform heels and complaining to the front desk about some woman in the shower or something? My understanding is that she is homeless -- not at all a reason for her to not be at the gym. I understand that there are not many alternatives when it comes to addressing one's hygiene in these cases. My issue is that she isn't just showering or taking care of herself. She lingers in this private space for hours at a time, talking on the phone in the locker room or sauna, laying flat on the shared sauna bench while there patrons inside, or scribbling symbols and notes on trader joes bags (????), among other strange and disruptive behaviors. The fact that this has gone unaddressed by staff has just made me extremely uncomfortable.

I just have to share my experience at the Trolley EOS location. The Member Experience Manager here is truly incredible. Every time I walk in, she makes me feel welcomed and valued. She’s attentive, caring, and always goes out of her way to help with anything I need. It’s rare to find someone who makes the gym feel this comfortable and positive, but she does exactly that. I honestly appreciate how much effort she puts into creating a great atmosphere for members. I’ve had such a great experience because of her, and I’m really grateful for the way she runs the club. Highly recommend this location! 💙💪

It is awesome that the amazing gym staff put a trash can in the bathroom (the one that you could do drugs in if you wanted.) I can now choose whether to flush the various knickknacks I carry in my pockets down the toilet or simply put them in the trash. I love the options at EŌS!

Came in from out of town, and loved this gym! Has everything I need on 3 levels, sauna was great. And Finny was great at the front desk. Will definitely come here anytime I'm in Salt Lake.

Hector stood out though, because of his energy. making me feel comfortable with his charisma and knowledge. He is sharp and he actually listens. Hector can meet you where you are and will dial in on your goals and has the competence to show you how to meet them. He’s not just a trainer.. he’s a man with a plan, motivating, and a walking encyclopedia of fitness wisdom. If you’re serious about results and want someone who brings both heart and hustle, this is your guy. Highly likely that your will thank yourself futurely.
