My experience here was unbelievably frustrating and dishonest. I upgraded my membership in person so I could bring my husband as a guest. Because of an issue completely outside of our control, we were denied the guest access immediately after upgrading. Within 10 minutes of signing, we asked to cancel. The General Manager personally agreed to refund the $30 monthly fee and the annual fee. That refund never happened. Instead, I was charged $92.97, my barcode was immediately deactivated, and I never even got to use the membership I paid for. When I tried to resolve it, staff were dismissive and unhelpful. I was even told I would be charged AGAIN if I attempted to fix the membership. Being promised a refund by management and then still being charged is unacceptable. Deactivating my access while keeping my money is even worse. This felt misleading, unprofessional, and like they simply do not care about their members once they have your card on file. I would strongly caution anyone considering signing up here, especially if you value transparency and basic customer service.

Worst worst worst place ever. They are dishonest, trap you into signing up for things and then NEVER STOP BILLING YOU! I had to get my bank involved and reverse more than $250 in charges. Then they ‘took care of it’ and and still harass me. Had to change my bank card to get them to stop charging me. It’s very hard to get out of their contracts because they will lie and tell you different things. And continue to charge you once you’re done with their very dishonest company. Read these reviews and you’ll see many others who complain about the same thing. They pass you from company to corporate and back to company and then back to corporate. Never seen such a dishonest company. Avoid at all costs, cheap prices mean cheap shoddy service.

Eva & Khamilah are the best at the front desk! Super energetic and pretty! There is no one like them, I am glad I met them. Khamilah is a great manager & great smile! Eva always makes sure I'm having an amazing day & goes past the normal "hi welcome in". I enjoy this gym & the girls!

Eos in this location is very cool gym, great choices of equipment and customer service, especially from Daniel at front desk, very clean gym. People here also very nice. Never had any problems.

I am grateful for this gym! I’ve been working with a personal trainer Tony Tran for two months and my back pain is completely gone. He is very knowledgeable about every muscle in the body. I am really happy with my results. Tony you are the best! The front staff are also very friendly!
