Everything was great. Excellent admin support to get appointment created. Mrs. Rothwell, FNP, was fantastic and got straight to a diagnosis after hearing my explanation of symptoms. Follow ups scheduled with no issues whatsoever. Insurance process went without any issues as well. Only request i could possibly make would be to get weekend appointments. I know that's hard to do as the staff all have families and lives too and I would imagine working on a weekend would mean taking off on a weekday which is odd for a health clinic. Still, a weekend appointment, if that were possible, would be easier to schedule around work schedule.

The staff here is amazing! Everyone is so nice and friendly every time I go there. Dr Qayum is phenomenal! She's attentive, thorough and listens to your concerns. I highly recommend her as an Allergist.

I had a phenomenal experience at the ENT& Allergy of New Orleans-Metairie. I arrived and was to the back within minutes. The nurse Ms.Twin, was very attentive, knowledgeable and polite. The doctor was very very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The atmosphere in this clinic was friendly, warm and welcoming.

As a provider of care, Dr. Qayum did not know until midway through the appointment That I was a nurse practitioner. I received full attention, excellent communication and eye contact, got a thorough history and an excellent plan of care. I felt very comfortable with her and felt she was very knowledgeable.
