Emerald City Day Spa

I visited this spa to do a couples massage with my partner to celebrate. The room was cozy and intimate, with warming beds and soft blankets. This was my first massage in my life, and despite having some sensory issues, Delayne made me feel exceptionally relaxed and actively requested feedback throughout our session to ensure that I was comfortable. She also made excellent conversation, which was very helpful during parts of the session that required me to focus away from my muscles. Great experience all around!

What a stroke of luck to find Delayne available late in the day for an emergency massage. She has wonderful, strong and skilled hands and is a terrific communicator, adjusting pressure as needed for the best possible massage. I was in pretty rough shape after a few days of intense, physical activity, and really struggling to even maintain decent posture. I opted for an hour and a half, which honestly was just exactly what I needed and left, seemingly knowing how to walk again. I will absolutely be back.

Beautiful spa. Easy-going, welcoming reception. I had just enough time for a 20 minute massage. We all know how it goes...never wanting a massage to end. Wow what a great way to end my day. The deep tissue was the perfect pressure and the CBD, back scrub and foot massage add on’s made such a difference in how I felt afterwards. I would recommend Delayne and her magical hands. I feel amazing can’t wait for my next session! Thanks so much Cat

We called multiple times before booking and clearly explained that it was important for our group of three to be together. We were coming from different states and had no prior knowledge of the salon layout or their capabilities. We were assured this could be accommodated. In reality, we were put into three different rooms for the massages and even during the pedicures we were separated by a large wall. This was especially misleading given that the spa’s own photos show groups seated together. What is most disappointing is that when trying to resolve this situation on the spot we were told to email the manager because she was not in, turns out they straight up lied as she was one of the people performing the services. In the end the manager, Lindsey, blamed the entire situation and their miscommunications on us. I also want to add that we called multiple different spas before booking Emerald City and all the other places understood our request and told us right away that they would not be able to accommodate. Emerald City’s own website states that they guarantee their services and will issue a refund if an adequate solution cannot be provided. So I guess if you want to pay a lot of money for a spa experience and then be blamed for all the miscommunications, be lied to and made to feel like you are the problem then this is the place for you! Oh just an fyi their space is gender neutral so if you like to be hit on by creepy men wearing nothing but a robe in the changing room this is also the place for you!
