Dr. Jacqueline Vasquez, Dr. Dourra, Ms. Elizabeth, Ms. Kathy and the entire Staff are focused professionals who render excellent services to me and several patients in this community!!! I really must say that I appreciate compassionate health care employees and this office is one of the best I have ever been treated/serviced by for my medical issues. Such a Joy to visit a competent office of individuals !! OLE!

Their hours of operation are never correct! It says they are open but they are closed and the doctor always leaves early with no one to replace them and stop taking patients at 3:30 but are open until 5. Also when they go on vacation for 10 days the doctor that is supposed to take over leaves at 12:30 but they are open until 5 it’s so hard to do a walk in or set up an appointment and sometimes you have to deal with rude receptionist with attitudes that recommended I go to the pharmacy and buy my medication since I can’t get the doctor to refill my prescription and can’t come in or set an appointment but I have insurance so I don’t think I should pay for it when they have been covering it. Some receptionist can’t even do their job properly because every time they send my prescription to the pharmacy next door there is always a problem and I have to go back and forth between buildings because they have horrible communication and can’t get it right. It seems to me like they don’t care about the patients at all and they get away with it for so long because of the area and how no one really speaks up because they have no where else to go. That’s the saddest part of all this is I wonder how many other patients have been mistreated but don’t speak up. If you can go somewhere else!
