This is our second year having our taxes prepared by Byron Perez at Ebenezer Tax, we received an appointment within a few days of calling. Byron was extremely professional and very pleasant to deal with he got us filed quickly, and we received our refund within a week.

Extremely disappointing experience with Ebenezer Tax Service in North Providence. I reached out to them for help with my current tax return as well as amendments from prior years. They promised to assist but never followed through—no updates, incomplete work, and no communication unless I repeatedly reached out first. If I could give them zero stars, I would. It felt like my case was forgotten or ignored. The lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. If you’re looking for a reliable and responsive tax service, I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

Went here today for the first time. Dalia was fantastic and very knowledgeable and did a great job. Will definitely be coming here next year and years after.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Byron and Dalia both assisted with our tax preparation. The staff was very friendly and offered coffee and hot chocolate. Very clean office too! We will be repeat customers.
