Love that this gym is locally owned. And the owners are invested in their members and celebrate members’ successes. I’ve introduced some friends to the gym and they love it! If you are looking for a gym with a personal touch and committed staff, I recommend EMAC!!

Came for the bungee fitness session and we had a blast! The room was filled with love and giggles. Met some wonderful ladies I still see months later and we attend all kinds of workouts throughout the city.

Easy parking. Entrance on ground level but gym area is 1 flight of steps down to Basement. Spacious area - studio for spinning classes, another larger studio for group workout classes, yoga. The Larger studio also hosts Bungee Fitness classes, which is a unique workout. Enough Treadmills, stepper machines, rowing machines, Smith machines, benches and Dumbells. Central turf area for scheduled group strength classes. There is another area in the back of gym for stretching, etc. Separate restrooms for men and women with showers. Another unique - Children's play area for parents to bring kiddos while the parents/caregivers work out

I love working out at East Memphis Athletic Club! The owners—Brian, Natalie, and Josh—are always so welcoming and create such a positive atmosphere. I personally love the group classes, and Bungee is my absolute favorite. It’s truly the highlight of my week! Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a fun, supportive place to work out.

I have been an avid attendee of bungee fitness classes since Natalie and Brian first brought it to Memphis. They have made it such an incredible experience, helping me grow and get stronger and look forward to exercising! It is a great gym staffed by wonderful people!
