The move itself went smoothly, my belongings were handled with care, and the team was professional throughout. Delivery was on time, and everything arrived safely. I would absolutely recommend them for a long-distance move.

I had another great experience with Dumbo Moving. This time, I moved out of state from a four-floor walk-up and the crew made it look easy. The team on Truck 99—Steven and Stefan—are excellent. They were efficient, incredibly strong, and excellent communicators throughout the entire process. They handled a 90-mile move with care, and not a single item was damaged when I unpacked. We just used Dumbo Moving and Storage for our move from NJ to GA, and it was a very positive experience. Their communication and customer service from everyone we interacted with was clear, professional, and helpful. Peter was my main point of contact and he was very helpful. I highly recommend working with him if you can. He followed up several times before pickup to confirm details and made sure we felt prepared. The short animated video he sent on how to prepare for the movers was also helpful. You hear a lot of negative stories about moving companies trying to get one over on you, but that was not our experience. He was transparent and consistent the whole way through. We had two guys Nicholas annd Robert from Truck 91, and they did a great job. They were polite, personable, and clearly took pride in their work. They made sure our furniture and TVs were protected, wrapped everything carefully, broke down what needed to be broken down, and put it all back together at our new place. If we move again, we would use Dumbo Moving and Storage again. I would recommend them.
