They truly go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and taken care of. Duke and his assistant made sure I understood every step of the process — especially my refund — and never made me feel like just another client. I was expecting a bit more of a customized process of what or how I can save more next year by doing this or this or that or by not doing... I was going through a really stressful time, and their compassion and patience meant everything to me. Their integrity stands out. The start felt a little overwhelming with so many moving parts, which is why I’m giving 4 stars. But when Duke personally called me to make things right and reset the process? That was the WOW factor. That level of leadership and care matters. Grateful for the effort and heart they put into their work.

Got the onboarding call today and I have been talking to several companies. Austin made this convo comfortable and realistic. I hadn’t made my decision of who I was going with but I believe they can help me with my complex problems.

Absolutely Outstanding Tax Service! I was kind of skeptical at first just because he’s a well known Influencer on tik tok! That’s how I found him but knew I needed to get help! But, I’m happy I went with my gut because they are really that good! I cannot say enough great things about Duke and his incredible team! They truly make you feel more than just a client! he will be in my tax guy for as long as he does it! Another thing I absolutely love about working with DUKE is the honesty and fairness. There are no hidden fees, no surprises, and none of that “oh, you made this much, so now you owe more” nonsense. I see people on Instagram doing that all the time and it drives me crazy. Your income shouldn’t determine how much someone charges you—your tax service should be a clear, flat fee, and that’s exactly what DUKE provides. It’s refreshing to work with someone who values integrity and doesn’t try to take advantage of clients. It makes the whole experience feel safe, trustworthy, and straightforward.

I hired this company to handle both my bookkeeping and taxes for 2024, and I regret it. Before signing up, I made it very clear that I would need consistent follow-up and communication, due to the fact that I run two businesses and have a busy home life. They assured me that wouldn’t be a problem—unfortunately, that promise was never upheld. It’s now August 2025 and my taxes still haven’t been filed. While I’ll admit some delays were on my end, that’s exactly why I requested and expected proactive follow-up. Instead, I had to repeatedly reach out myself, only to be met with vague “chats” in their system, incomplete answers, or no response at all. I was left in the dark most of the time, with no real accountability or guidance. If you’re looking for a tax company that communicates clearly, follows up regularly, and takes ownership of deadlines—this is not it. Update: After posting this review, the owner reached out personally, apologized for my experience, and took charge of getting everything finalized for both my taxes and bookkeeping. While I still believe the communication should have been better from the start, I appreciate that they made the effort to make things right in the end.
