Technician was great, conducted excellent work, was on time, early even. I was set aback by pricing. I asked several times when calling to book what their general pricing was for different types of cleans. They kept saying they “couldn’t tell me” which is weird because they should have a base knowledge of their services. The technician seemed to also be very knowledgeable in the price structure. I was then slammed with a $400 bill for a deep clean. Dryer vent clean only.

Amazing service! The team was efficient, clean, flexible, and detailed. Highly recommend! Nelson and Luis Vivas did a fantastic job, and we look forward to working with them in future projects. Our house smells fresh and clean!

Cash was great! He explained exactly what needed to be done. He provided photos showing in detail the work he did. Our vent and pipe were very clogged. I am very pleased with his work. The cost was unexpected because it was second story. So glad he had the tools and knowledge that was needed.

My dryer vent had never been cleaned and I’ve been in my house 22 years. It vented up through a wall, through the attic, and out the roof. I contacted Fresh Air Home Services through their website. Luis came to looked at the vent pipe and showed me photos of what needed to be cleaned. He was also able to clean my dryer vent pipe the same day! Luis showed me more photos after the cleaning and it was a world of difference! He was so polite and explained the process to me. He cleaned everything up afterward. I would highly recommend Luis and this company!

I am so happy with the service. Jose was amazing. I had other companies came out Didn’t even tell me I had a mildew. they just wanted to clean and charge me without even getting to the real problem. Jose came did the inspection and told me what issue I was having and how he can fix it and I just got it done today and I’m already feeling better about the air in my house. Thank you, Jose!
