Such a positive experience with Donavan Air, Electric and Plumbing. From contacting them initially to schedule a service call, to the technician completing the work. They were very responsive, quick to come out and extremely knowledgeable. Robbie was so friendly and helpful. It really shows how much this company cares about the customer service provided. I’ll be a long term client and trust that Donavan will keep my home equipment running smoothly.

My tech Christian was great, the stuff got fixed, and my cat liked him. This company was recommended by all 4 of my trusted home repair front people. I’m not very handy and this fix was beyond YouTube watching level. Scheduled super easy, was given a text with my techs name and pic (super liked that) and all is now happy here with a working unit. I bought this home a year ago brand new. Another company installed the HVAC and tankless water heater system, but I decided to use Donovan‘s to service the water heater and do maintenance on the air-conditioning system. This is based on a ton of positive reviews, I saw on the Internet, as well as my own sister, switching to Donovan and being very happy with the company. Both technicians showed up when they were supposed to, both explained what they were doing, and both appeared to be extremely knowledgeable about everything. Also, they were very friendly! I’m glad I switched. If other employees at Donovan‘s are as capable as these two that I met today it’s a great company.

Donovan's is an excellent, reliable company that offers a yearly membership that includes two HVAC inspections and cleanings a year. They offer HVAC, electric and plumbing services and I have used them for all three. In all instances, they were able to come very quickly after I called and offered thorough services at very reasonable prices. I don't brace myself at the end of the service like I do with other companies when they are about to share the cost of the work. They have proven themselves to be trustworthy time and time again. They have 2 hour windows instead of 4 hour service windows, which is really amazing for planning your day and they always send a 30 minute notice when your technician is on the way that includes a photo so you know who is coming. The technicians have always all been very courteous and respectful. They take pride in their work and are very skilled. I have nothing but glowing things to say about this company and I am so grateful I found them three years ago. I've told my neighbors and friends in the area about this company. They are the best in St Augustine!

Donovan Heating and Air exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Not only did they replace our AC unit, but they also took the time to inspect the entire system before installation, including the ductwork in the attic. They identified flaws in the AC plenum and ductwork that needed upgrading to ensure the new system would operate efficiently—and they handled those upgrades very effectilly. Our initial meeting with Brandon was very informative and detailed. He carefully explained all available options and answered every question before we made a decision. From the beginning, he inspired confidence and trust. Brandon and his excellent team worked effectively, professionaly, and delivered excellent results. In the end, the AC system is working great, the quote was fair, and the financing options were excellent.
