Marc Diller is a truly excellent lawyer. He is widely recognized as an expert on jury selection. If you know Marc, notwithstanding his goofy smile, he is deadly serious about getting the best results for his clients. I trust him.

In 2022 a negligent driver killed my sister. The driver was charged with negligent vehicular homicide and our family was put through a 15 month trial (The Commonwealth vs. J. Bach.) Marc represented my family outside of court and stood by our side to navigate the difficult situation we were thrust into- the wrongful death of our sister. Marc was always professional, yet he maintained a very human/sensitive approach, knowing how delicate we were. It has been almost 4 years and if we needed anything, we could reach out to Marc and know for a fact he would respond the same day. Even on the weekend! I personally would recommend Marc to anyone needing decent, ethical, knowledgeable, strong, and committed representation.

Marc and Sarah at Diller Law were fantastic. From the start they patiently explained the legal process and what to expect for timelines, and aggressively pursued getting all the information gathering complete in order to move the case as quickly as possible. Marc and Sarah were communicative and patient with our family while dealing with other cases and court procedures we just were not knowledgeable of - their expertise really shone through! As the case progressed they both maintained communications and ramped us up when the time came that we needed to participate in interviews and the like. Marc’s expertise and sound judgment got us to a good result, and Sarah’s ability to drive a fast pace of events with all parties kept us right on the timeline Marc predicted. Every case is different, but we recognize the hard work Marc and Sarah put in to get us over the finish line. We could not be more grateful and would highly recommend this team!
