I used Gemini (Google AI) to look for contractors with reputations of honesty, trustworthy, price fairness, high quality work and priorizing customer relations. Every search gave D&H first! Oh my gosh....I am in complete awe of the two technicians that installed the air conditioner. My house is 46 years old and it was a most difficult job. Just taking the old swamp cooler off the roof was ,to say the least, extremely difficult.They were here on time and wasted no time getting started. Nathan and Brock worked straight through a solid 12 hours without stopping even for lunch. 12 HOURS! I'm so glad I went with D&H. From the time Miguel stepped through my door it was a no brainer to go with this family owned business. I was given a quote that was fair and reasonable. These guys are great. I would recommend D&H to anyone who is looking for a good reputable company.

D & H has excellent service technicians . Mr Joseph Miller came out on a Saturday afternoon with a comforting greeting and hand handshake to repair my A/C unit which had gone out on an unusually hot day for February. He was both knowledgeable, courteous and professional. A neighbor passing by recognized him and stopped to say they had also been serviced by him and were glad to pass on a thumbs up. I gladly recommend D & H Air Conditioning, especially Mr Joseph Miller.

I contacted D and H for an emergency repair of a furnace that was mot providing heat. The service technician was able to get the furnace working but suggested getting an estimate to replace the a/c - furnace due to age. Luis Lopez evaluated the system and demonstrated the system was older and had a number of issues. D and H provided a reasonable estimate and we agreed to have the system replaced. Nathan and Brock removed the old system installed the new equipment in an efficient manner and took precautions to protect the floor tile and walls. From beginning to end this process was professional,efficient and completed in a timely manner. Ms. Womack in the office was extremely helpful with answering questions and scheduling work. A bonus is the local nexus and support for Tucson and southern Arizona. Thank you D and H.

We had some follow up work done on the unit. Very pleased with the technician. He did a great job! Sorry if I have his name wrong...Ceril,?? Anyway, he is a fine gentleman with a truly great working knowledge!! 1 month later update.... if you are vacillating with the decision to purchase a mini split or not- DO IT! We couldn't be happier with the difference in comfort level this summer compared the previous years. We love it! Dillon and Jorge did an exceptional job installing a mini split in our home. They are true professionals with job knowledge and outstanding skill level. They kept us informed and asked pertinent questions along the way, taking great pride in their work. Left the work site in outstanding condition and made sure everything was perfect. They really paid attention to the details, no matter how small. We are exceptionally picky. They went above and beyond! GREAT JOB! Many thanks to Dillon and Jorge. Heather deserves many kudos for her expertise when quoting for the job. She is so easy to work with and also detail oriented. Answered all our questions until we decided to have D & H do the install. She even came to our house the day of install to be sure everything was going well. Dedicated and professional.
