As the Maintenance Manager for Invested Property Management, I don't typically handle large-scale projects, but my experience with Denver Concrete Inc. was exceptional. From the start, working with Lee was a breeze. His communication was excellent; he kept me informed every step of the way, making the entire process seamless. We recently had a driveway, garage, and sidewalk installed for one of our rental properties. Lee and his team made it easier than I could have ever expected. The pricing was very competitive, and the quality of the work was top tier. The crew showed up on time—actually, they arrived early! They executed the job beautifully, and I couldn't be happier with the results. UPDATE: We have added in our gazebo and all the pieces of furniture we wanted! The anchoring went perfect and it was very stable with no issues. Thanks you for taking that into account when it was poured! cannot express how happy we have been with the whole process with this company! They are fast with responses and communication for creating a free-floating patio in our backyard that looks incredible. The quote process with Lee was thorough and covered all our questions and helped us figure out how to get our idea into a plan. The actual work was incredible to watch. The crews were fast, efficient, polite and wonderful to work with on decision in the moment. They treated our home and yard with great respect and went above and beyond with every little thing. The final product was better than I even thought it would look. We would absolutely use them exclusively for any future projects and once everything starts blooming and and we add a gazebo I will add even better photos. We are very excited to start our spring projects with this!

We had an amazing experience working with Denver Concrete and Lee! From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, answering all of our (many) questions with patience and expertise. Our biggest issue was that the existing concrete wasn’t sloping correctly, and we needed to ensure water stayed away from the foundation. Lee truly knows his stuff—he took the time to assess the situation, explain our options, and make sure we felt confident in the plan. He was incredibly patient, his knowledge and kindness made the whole process seamless and stress-free. They went above and beyond to complete our project before a winter storm hit, taking full advantage of a little tease of spring weather (Denver weather—you know if you know!). We only completed Phase 1 of our project, but without a doubt, we’ll be calling them for Phase 2 and any future concrete work. Highly recommend! We had a great experience with Denver Concrete. They were extremely easy to work with throughout the process. Lee was so helpful and offered recommendations up front to make sure we were choosing options that would work best and look how we wanted. The crew showed up bright and early at 7am on each of the 3 days and were very professional. Temps were a little low at night so they came for a few days after the pour each night to cover the patio too. We didn’t need further clean up but I appreciated the couple of follow up emails to make sure everything was left in good shape and we were happy.
