A+! Top-tier realtor in San Diego. The entire team at Define Real Estate really under promised and over delivered. Out of all of my experience over the years, I've never even dealt with anybody close to the team at Define Real Estate. They are so on point with everything that it really made me laugh at all of my last real estate experiences. This is a top-notch team, that goes the extra mile for their clients. Had an incredible buying experience with them, they worked so incredibly hard for me, and the end result better than expected. They helped us find our dream home and really took a lot of the guesswork out of the process for us. It put us at ease knowing that everything was handled appropriately. They were very aggressive to get us the best pricing, the best leverage for negotiation, and pushed hard all the way past the finish line. I really wouldn't look anywhere else for real estate needs (buying, selling, renting, residential or commercial) aside from them.

I recently listed a home with Daniel and I was quite impressed with his knowledge, sense of urgency, follow up skills and attention to detail. His creative negotiating skills are exceptional and I trusted his judgment through the entire process. The home was sold in a short period of time at the right price. Daniel and his team dealt with the staging, a few required repairs and the entire experience was a pleasure. I would recommend Daniel to anyone who is buying or selling a home or income property.

Working with Jessica was wonderful! She is extremely competent, easy to work with, and incredibly detail-oriented. She supported us through every step of the real estate transaction, always staying available and responding to our questions promptly. Jessica is friendly, highly knowledgeable, and truly an excellent real estate agent. I highly recommend her.

Define Real Estate has been so great to work with! I’ve been fortunate enough to move several of their clients. What I like most about working with Daniel and his team, is the care they have for their clients. Recently, a client had an oddly shaped spiral staircase that furniture needed to be moved up, Daniel had me check this out before providing a quote to his clients to make sure this was even possible. The job was complete and the clients are settled into their new home! Job well done, Define!
