Its been 11 days since I 1st spoke with Dean about putting a new toilet in for me. He asked that I paid a deposit up front because he didn't want to be screwed. I paid him $300 to cover the cost of a toilet at Lowe's ($239 plus the wax ring) He messaged me on on his way over, that his truck broke down and needed to reschedule for Monday. Monday comes and goes. I message him. No reply. Tuesday comes and goes....he replies he will be here Wednesday. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday all go by with no response. I've asked him to refund my $300 and have still not heard from him. Left texts, facebook messages and emails with no response.

Dean did a great job on my bathroom. I would recommend him to anyone and also he is a great guy. He worked with my budget also thank you Dean.

Dean was great from start to finish! He came the day and time we scheduled and did an excellent job with the sink replacement project he worked on for us. I would highly recommend him and his service. In our experience, having someone price quote a project reasonably, show up on time and get the project done successfully on budget is rare, but that is what Dean did. Thank you and we will call on your services again for our next project!

Dean's great! He's pretty flexible and responsive, and he tries to help you out as much as possible. He helped us repairing our pocket doors, and he made it work like he promised. We are considering other projects with him now and also in the future.

Upon moving into my condo I was able to update and replace a number of household items with this business. He replaced both of my toilets, two chandeliers, mounted a tv, replaced front door and garage door locks, installed a nest thermostat, repaired uneven drywall, painted my office and the patio door frame. I am very pleased with the service and plan on using him for any future projects!
