This place is top notch. My husband was struck by a barrel on the highway causing damages to his vehicle. He went to multiple places all of which didn't want to even listen and/or immediately suggested just totaling his car (which he didn't think was necessary). Rob took the time to LISTEN to my husband discuss his issues/concerns, and was very transparent and forthcoming about what his options are moving forward. By the end of the conversation they were able to come to an agreement to save my husband's car. I am thankful for people like Rob who take the time to at least listen to someone especially when they're in such a vulnerable position. Thanks Deans Auto!

Can’t say enough good things about this place! I found myself in a very unfortunate situation where I had been charged with a breathalyzer refusal and had an interlock device in my vehicle. Someone tboned me on my way to work and my car was not drivable. My attorney pointed me in the direction of Theo at Deans auto, who is certified to install interlocks and was able to get me a rental and install the interlock for me within just a few days. He also handled my car with the insurance which was unfortunately deemed a total loss. But without him, I probably wouldn’t have been able to get a rental to get back and forth to work. Once I bought a new vehicle , he got me right in the next morning to switch over the interlock to my new car. He was incredibly helpful, and so nice and during a tough time and made it a lot easier for me. Thank you! Will highly be recommending anyone to get their car repaired here, or go through them for any service needed as they are highly certified in so many things.

This is the second time I’ve had my car fixed at Dean Auto and I will never go anywhere else. I worked with Theo both times and he took really good care of me. The first time was a major collision with front end damage and they fixed it like brand new. This time wasn’t as bad but once again, I have received my car back looking better than before the accident. They pay attention to all details, no matter how small. The office is friendly and so easy to work with. Highly recommend!!

My experience at Dean's was what any customer or patron should expect out of a business or service provider. I got into an accident in December of 2019, and Dean's was my shop of choice for repair. Prior to choosing this place, I knew nothing about it. My experience with Dino was SOLID. He assures you from the get go that he will take care of you, and they did just that. I got my car back and it was in better shape than it was before. I got in the accident. There were some minor issues that I had after the initial repair, and Dino fixed these things at no extra cost. I initially was in a rental car through my insurance that I had to pay a percentage of, but the team at Dean's got me into a car for free. I'd recommend Dean's fasho to anyone who needs the services they offer. I hope that your experience can be as good as if not better than mine.
