Been coming here for a few months and I do enjoy it. The trainers are very nice and they motivate you. My only complaint is how hot it is in here wherever it gets slightly cold outside. I think it should be cold in here since when working out we produce additional heat. I feel like this is common sense. It’s easier to put additional clothing when cold. There’s only so much we can take off when it’s hot. It’s so hot that it makes me feel like I can pass out. I hope this is something you can take into serious consideration. On the bright side when it’s hot outside the temperature in here feels really good even while working out.

This is a good gym! It’s very clean and the staff is nice! We usually come at 4:45 AM so it’s never crowded in here! My BIGGEST Complaint about the gym is the sauna! The sauna is never hot enough! Whether it’s 5 am or 9am, the sauna is never hot enough! You typically have to be in the sauna for 20 minutes before you break a sweat! I hope this would be fixed ASAP! Also, it’s almost always FREEZING cold in here! You will need a sweater for sure! Maybe this will change in the fall/winter.

Best gym ever... I started since it opened in Jacksonville and I loved it. His staff is amazing, super nice people, I love sole's classes and meeting people from all over the world. They always welcome you with a smile and energy. On two occasions I have been injured for making bad movements and they have been there providing you with services to make you feel better and worried about yourself and I appreciate that very much. Congrats team 💪🏽

Great equipment. Love the infrared sauna. Management is awesome too. Danica toured me and signed me up and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Informative and friendly! The other crunch by the beach is pretty good too! Great company!
