I called this location to ask how to cancel my membership and was told that I needed to come in person. When I went to the front desk to cancel, the employee told me I was all set and that my last billing statement would be in January due to their 30-day notice policy. I specifically asked if there was anything else I needed to sign or do to confirm the cancellation and was told no. However, I have since been billed for two additional months and now learned that cancellations actually need to be confirmed in writing via email and that coming in person is not required. Which would have been fine if it would have been communicated either when I called or when I came in to cancel. If I had been given the correct information at either point, I would have taken care of it immediately. Extremely frustrating experience.

I've been coming here for 4 years and signed up with my mom in February 2022. Over the years the management has went downhill majorly and the careless front desk staff. The women's bathrooms need better cleaning at times with stocking issues, wiping down the sink area and at least have it smelling refreshing. Many of the members don't even wipe down the machines (should have kept the wipes). I feel as though it's more convenient and most are lazy to even clean which is so unsanitary. Many of the machines need maintenance because sometimes when I get on many of the ellipticals, bikes and the stairmasters it feels unstable or either it is not running properly. Many of the hydro massage beds and chairs are also always having issues with not working properly as well which is a major issue and one of the highlights as to why I even signed up. If serviced regularly this would not be an issue so it's clear it's not unfortunately. I also feel that the annual fee needs to be lowered as well especially when you're already getting money from members monthly. The staff and management needs lots of improvement as many don't even speak to you with a simple hello which is poor customer service and in their phones most of the time and I have stood there many times and it takes a minute for anyone to help on several occasions which is lack of professionalism as I work in customer service this is highly unacceptable. I would like to just point out ONLY 2 front desk members being Landry and London as the most friendliest. The rest of the front desk staff needs major improvement. For example regarding management. I had a situation in the parking lot with someone backing into my car a few months ago causing a light scratch and brought it to the GM (Alex) attention and he said he would get back with me and run the cameras and I provided my contact information and to this day have yet to hear from him which is truly poor management and highly unacceptable. However I do enjoy coming to this gym highlighting the infrared sauna, recovery which is a plus for me, my mom and working out as it is convenient for me and my family but there needs to be major improvements soon!!!! I have even recommended many people over the years about joining. But here recently I have recommended less.

I visit Crunch fitness as I'm traveling around the country in my travel trailer. Always nice & clean, great equipment. This location has not only the hydro massage table I love, but my new favorite, a deep tissue massage chair, so good

Overall, this is a solid gym with a wide variety of equipment and plenty of space to complete your workout comfortably. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, which adds to the positive experience. One of the standout features is the location. Situated in the Harbor Village shopping mall, it offers convenient access to numerous restaurants and shops—making it easy to grab a meal or run errands after your workout without having to drive all over town.

Been coming here 3 years on and a few days a week. It's a good gym with good equipment. The new ownership is really awesome, and for being a commercial gym it really has a local feel to it. The plate loaded chest and back machines are awesome and the have 5 deadlift platform/squat racks, which is nice. It can get pretty busy but if you time it right it clears out a couple times a day. The sauna is very hot. They could use a room or space with good lighting for pump checks.
