Crunch Fitness - Charlotte University

Well. This is an honest review. The first thing is the employees make this place awesome. If it was not for Will. Tiffany. And Presley. This gym would not be that great. The locker room is dirty annf filthy anll the time. With urine and feces all over the toilets. Plus hygiene issues that are disguting like blood and bandaids all over. The general manager Cam does not care about cleanliness that’s for sure. and I have to ask for toilet paper at least twice a week. The general manager Cam does not seem to be effective. He does not treat the employees great and I have seen him talk down to and belittle his employees. He will never get results like that. It is one thing to tell someone to do something versus treating an employee well and them wanting to do their job because they are proud and motivated. Everyday Will Presley and Tiffany have awesome attitudes. They are kind and know how to treat guests and make them feel wanted. All three of them are always working hard. Tiffany cleans weights and the gym constantly. Too bad the GM does not help. If I was a GM that would be my club. I would take pride in it. And appreciate my people. But I can tell you this if it was not for those three people I would not go to this club. They are such hard workers and care about the guests. I love to see their happy faces everyday. So you are lucky you have them. They are always happy. Energetic. And professional. If the general manager took care of the cleanliness and treated his people right then this club would be amazing. They need to stop hiring people that don’t know how to manage and deal with people and bring the best out of their employees. So. Love Presley. Tiffany. And Will. Don’t loose them or you will lose me as a customer. Also you need a Gm that will hold guests accountable for their actions such as breaking equipment. Damaging equipment. Being disgusting. And abusing the gym and its employees.

The staff here are awesome. Relaxed, but professional. The facility is kept clean with lots of options to explore. Though I do have to shout out, Ms. Preslee! Always welcomes me with a smile with a quick chat. After long days in the day to day, it is always nice to be greeted & spoken to. 5 stars from me!

I’ve had such a great experience at this gym! The environment is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the trainers really know what they’re doing. I love that there’s a wide variety of equipment, so I never have to wait long or feel limited in my workouts. The atmosphere is motivating but not intimidating, which makes it perfect whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been working out for years. Overall, this gym has really helped me stay consistent and feel more confident in my fitness journey. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and supportive place to work out!

Caeley & Rachel at the front desk is amazing! She’s always welcoming, friendly, and professional every time I come in. She makes check-in quick and easy and always has a positive attitude. Great first impression for the gym!

I want to take a moment to recognize Caeley for how consistently awesome she has been every time I’ve come into Crunch. Whenever I’ve been in a crunch—whether with my account or needing help with anything—she has always stepped in with patience, kindness, and genuine care. Caeley goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly, and she never makes the process feel stressful. Instead, she creates a welcoming and positive environment that makes you feel valued as a member, not just another number. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and warm demeanor truly stand out. Because of her, coming to Crunch is always a pleasant experience. She is honestly one of the main reasons I continue to come back, and I’m extremely happy with Crunch’s decision to hire her. She represents the brand well and sets a great standard for customer service. Crunch is fortunate to have someone like Caeley on their team.
