From start to finish, I was thoroughly impressed by how fast, friendly, and professional everyone was. We recently had an issue with our furnace and decided it was time for a replacement. I filled out a consultation request on the Costco website one afternoon, and to my surprise, Grant reached out almost immediately. We scheduled a consultation for 9 am the very next day. Grant arrived right on time, explained our options and in less than 0.5 hr he had provided a clear and comprehensive quote. Later that same day, after Dale and Helen responded to my questions (Thank you! ), around 3 or 4 pm, we made the decision to move forward with replacing both our furnace and water heater. The efficiency of your team was remarkable—by 8:30 the following morning, your crew arrived ready to get started. They replaced the furnace, installed the new water heater, handled all the piping, and wrapped everything up by 1 pm. Great service, great price. My water heater shut down, and my attempts to restart it were unsuccessful. Given that it was over 14 years old, I was resigned to the fact that I'd need a new one. I had heard good things about Creature Comforts, so I called them right away. I booked an appointment for the following day, however they called me back and were able to drop by that afternoon. Their technician, Eric, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He showed me the responsible part, which was corroded and dirty. After a thorough cleaning he had my water heater up and running in no time. I didn't need to replace it😃 When it's time for a new water heater or hvac service, I won't hesitate to call them.
