Terrible terrible service!! If there was an option for 0 stars or less believe me, it would be be rated so. Very unprofessional, rude, brash, dishonest and lack of responsibility. From start to finish the experience was a nightmare. They will hold your items hostage after loading and demand cash after telling you in the beginning that they take credit card. Movers are careless and extremely rude. People in the office are even worse to deal with. DO NOT USE, trust me when I tell you to exercise all other options before even calling them. My family has never experienced such trash service before and hopefully this will be the last. They will give you a quote that sounds reasonable then double the price in person. Broke my couch and took zero accountability! Damaged the walls of my new apartment. I don’t understand how they are still in business! Utter disappointment which sucks because moving should be a beautiful experience. DO NOT USE!

I had a great experience with this company! Lenny, Sam, and Stephen did such a great job moving me out of my third floor apartment. They treated all my stuff with care and they were very fast. Thanks guys!

Had the best service ever with this crew Brian, Sam and Mike! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly and that every piece was protected so well! They were also SO friendly and fun to work with - really trusted them through this whole process! You truly can’t go wrong with this company!

Brian, Sam, and Hirum were amazing! They really understood the assignment. They were in tune with what the day was about and they were amazing with my dad and me. We had a very extensive list of tasks and they accomplished them with focus and humor. This was the second time I worked with Hirum, it was great to get him again. Sam went above and beyond. And Brian’s light heartedness was refreshing. Thanks for helping us today!

We had a two-stop, 12-hour move, and Steven, Hiram, Sam, and Jordan absolutely delivered. They arrived on time, stayed communicative throughout the entire day, and powered through the move without ever slowing down. They were careful with every piece, kept everything organized even when things got hectic, and immediately found solutions anytime something unexpected came up. Beyond their skill, they were genuinely great to work with—respectful, upbeat, and fully committed to getting the job done right. Moves like this can feel overwhelming, but they made the entire experience smooth and manageable. We couldn’t be more grateful for their effort and teamwork. Highly recommend this crew.
