Terron, Josh, and Josh Jr. were so kind and helpful with our move! They did a fantastic job and shaved hours off our total time. Coordinating with Marcus was easy and great!

The crew completed the move quickly; however, during the final piece of equipment, they used a dolly with a stuck wheel that burned our brand-new carpet. We have reached out multiple times to address the damage and have only been given the runaround, with no resolution or accountability. Unfortunately, due to the lack of response and effort to fix the issue, we cannot recommend this company. We invested nearly $10,000 in new carpet, and because we have gotten nowhere trying to resolve this directly, we may have to pursue further action.

STAY AWAY. (update at the bottom, too). We hired copperstate to load our truck for us on June 4th. We provided wrap, packing blankets, and tie-down materials (ropes and ratchets) so they could adequately protect our items and secure them in the truck. The loaders (Richard and two others), neglected to wrap several of our furniture items. As a result, all of them were damaged with scratching and multiple chunks missing from the wood and other finishes. They did not use all of the packing blankets and wrap, so they had plenty of material and chose to be neglectful. They also did not secure our items well, and as a result, SO many things fell over in the truck (we had four ratchets and both ropes leftover, so again they had plenty of materials). Our items were damaged due to their neglect. Emmy and Tyler are the sales reps we talked with as well, and communicating with them was often difficult. I at times had to ask the same question four times before actually getting an answer. I had to follow up several at times as well after receiving no response at all. The contract also states in bold that CREDIT CARDS incure a 5% fee. They refused to remove that 5% for a debit card and later backtracked after we signed that ALL CARDS include a fee. They quoted us two hours and two people, but three people showed up and said they were quoted for three hours, and we had to hash it out with them to make sure we wouldn’t be charged more (we signed two people two hours). Just so many communication issues that made me think that Emmy and Tyler were only in it for their sales commission for booking a move. It has been a very frustrating process for us, and when we presented the damage to them and told them that our movers were straight up lazy and didn’t wrap our furniture despite being provided more than enough materials, they said they weren’t responsible and dismissed my concerns. We would not recommend these guys. You shouldn’t have to babysit your items or loaders. See pictures for just some of the damage and neglect. I didn’t get a great picture of everything that had fallen over. update: Emmy and Tyler have been so difficult to communicate with as we resolve this. They are master "sales" personnel and I suspect may be commission-based, because the client care post-services is terrible. They said they opened a claim, but didn't respond for WEEKS. After following up SEVEN times, I finally got a response. When talking with Tyler about what happened, he literally gaslighted me over the subject and try to pin the blame on us, when we gave very specific instructions and adequate supplies to the packers. He had the nerve to call me out on writing this review too, as if I was the one at fault for what occurred. Upon doing further research, I have found SO many reviews elsewhere of people with worse problems, like all of their possessions getting lost while in move, things missing, extensive damages, etc. Apparently, movers frequently request ratings right after loading a truck, contributing to the number of praising reviews before a move is actually completed and a review representative of the quality of service can be provided. They did this to my husband right after they loaded and before we had a chance to check anything in the truck.

Copperstate Moving dispatched Charles and Michael to handle my local move and they were exemplary in every. They complimented the owners of your company in a robust way then went about unloading the truck in a careful and expedient way. I was so impressed that I requested both of these young men for another move in a week. Emmy was also knowledgeable and extremely helpful along the way. I give Copperstate a five-star rating across the board.

Using Copperstate Moving was by far the best decision my wife and I could have made. They were complete professionals from start to finish and protected our belongings and packed the truck in the most professional manor. The best game of tetris I’ve ever seen. We would 1000% use them again and recommend them to everyone. They are worth every penny!
