Control Tech Heating, Air, & Plumbing

A few neighbors recommended Control Tech for our HVAC issue. We were incredibly lucky to have Austin Q come out and he did a fantastic job. He was kind and friendly, explained things well, and was thorough. I signed up for the annual service membership since we were so pleased with the visit. Highly recommend if you have HVAC needs.

Austin Q did a great job finishing calibrating our new AC, including swapping out the proper size fuse for the new unit, since the temps were warm enough today, to be ready for spring and summer. He did a great job and answered some of my questions regarding the new furnace as well. We've had a great first experience with Control Tech. No fee was involved since it was finishing up the Nov install of a whole new HVAC.

🤩 Control Tech is AMAZING 🤩 When my heat pump went out and I needed a new furnace, Control Tech truly stepped up. Even though there were a couple of minor hiccups during the initial setup, they handled everything quickly and professionally. Doug and Juvi were absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure I received one of the best systems available at a very fair and affordable price. Their attention to detail really impressed me. I’ll admit — I’m a bit OCD when it comes to neatness and quality workmanship. Everything has to be clean, organized, and done right. These guys exceeded my expectations. The installation was spotless, precise, and clearly done with pride. Control Tech made me feel valued as a customer and ensured I was completely satisfied with both the system and the installation. If you’re considering HVAC work, I highly recommend giving them a call. Based on my experience, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed Ask them about the Costco discount- it’s definitely huge savings ⭐️

We had a wonderful experience during our maintenance check up on our HVAC system. Our technician Marvin, was an excellent communicator. He kept us posted the entire time as to what he would be doing, and how things were going. He was so polite and respectful and always answered every question with a knowledgeable answer or solid solution. We hope to see Marvin for our next maintenance checkup in a few months.

Doug and Curtis were the best! They showed up right on time and stayed on the job until it was all complete and the area was clean. They engaged me with questions about how I wanted certain things and accommodated my preferences. They took time to answer all the questions that I had for them and ensured I had all the information that I wanted and needed.
