Leaving another review for my City Fitness FAMILY! They have really made my gym experience worthwhile. I wake up looking forward to being greeted by the whole team! Shoutout to: Caeleb, Jackie, Ryan, Matt, James, and Tone! Love you all!

I really like this gym — great energy, great staff, and the classes are solid. The only thing that really needs improvement is the class participation policy. It would help a lot if there was a little more flexibility for people who are new. Letting members join within the first 5–10 minutes would make a huge difference. Sometimes you’re still learning the layout, dealing with traffic, and being locked out for being a couple minutes late feels discouraging. It would make the onboarding experience much more welcoming and supportive.

I was previously a City Fitness member until 2019. I bought a property with a gym and indoor heated pool and cancelled my membership after about 5 years. That said, I missed the social aspect of a gym not to mention the various membership options that are incredibly affordable!! I rejoined yesterday after a 6 year hiatus and am so grateful for the fabulous membership representative. Paul, for the tour, the thorough explanation of my membership and all of the other perks that come with City Fitness community!! Roxellen (Rocky) Auletto

The Old City City Fitness is so nice and clean. The best part about it is the team that works there. They’re all so kind and make it fun to show up there. Ron, Caleb, Matt and Jackie are absolute gems!! They go the extra mile to meet members and make it feel like a super welcoming space.

Gym is always clean and well-staffed! I have literally seen staff vacuuming treadmills- lol the best! Equipment all feels brand new. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Always feel safe here at night as well. Best gym in philly!!
