"Hey [Gym Manager], Just wanted to share my gym experience - it was a real game-changer! Spent 3 hours stretching (don't try this at home, folks 😅) and followed it up with 100 push-ups and 100 squats. The place was spotless - it made a great first impression Best, Ron

The gyms are Amazing so far I’ve only gone to the Fairmount and Logan square locations and I love them. The customer service is great the staff is very helpful and always there to greet you. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars was because of the app. It’s constantly glitching and once that gets fixed this could definitely be 5stars!!!

The best gym I have ever had the pleasure of being a member at. Reasonably priced with clean, quality equipment. Most importantly to me, the staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. I could always expect to trade tips, workouts, or even a protien shake with a staff member every time I went in. City Fitness quickly became my second home in the city. Also, Shoutout to Alex.

City Fitness Logan Square is hands-down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a part of. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you with real energy and professionalism. The facility is spotless, well-organized, and packed with high-quality equipment for every style of workout — whether you’re lifting heavy, hitting cardio, or doing functional training. The environment is motivating, the members are respectful, and there’s always plenty of space to get a full workout in, even during peak hours. The trainers and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help if you need guidance or support. I also love the vibe of the gym — it feels modern, uplifting, and built for people who are serious about their fitness goals. The locker rooms are clean, the lighting is great, and the whole place feels safe, professional, and well-managed. If you’re looking for a gym in Philadelphia that delivers outstanding customer service, a great atmosphere, and top-tier equipment, City Fitness Logan Square is definitely the place to be. Highly recommended!
