Working with Eric was miracle! We were thinking about buying our own house. Sometimes, walking along a field with new building houses, we dreamed about living here someday. But we understood that a new house was too expensive for us. We were looking among old houses. And then we were recommended to contact Eric. When we met, he carefully listened to our requirements for the house, and there were only two of them - up to 2000 square feet and two bedrooms above the ground. Eric offered an option that seemed impossible to us, to build a house especially for us. And exactly on the site we dreamed of! This man is a legend. Eric helped us find our first house and we continue to be so impressed.
