AMAZING !! Francis is an excellent instructor, educated and very knowledgeable. She can fine tune the class to everyone's individual needs. The energy was so perfect, excited to move your body in a controlled peaceful state. The studio has the best, clean equipment and beautiful decor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️

Best Pilates studio in Tucson!! Frances is truly an exceptional instructor. She has an incredible ability to intuitively understand each person’s form and guide them in a way that supports their individual body. Her attention to detail, precise cueing, and genuine presence make everyone feel seen and cared for in class. The studio itself is absolutely beautiful — Frances has created a space that feels welcoming, calming, and inspiring. My body feels noticeably better thanks to her classes. If you’re serious about Pilates, you need to experience this studio.

Frances is an excellent Pilates teacher! She consistently tells you what you’re aiming for with each movement and where the muscle control needs to come from. Her pacing is excellent, her activities are challenging and her hands on prompting feels extremely supportive. I have practicing Pilates for close to 20 years now and Frances is one of the best I have worked with over the years! I highly recommend taking classes from her!

Frances the studio owner is SO AMAZING !! Pilates has been so great for my mobility, strength and soul. It’s so grounding and engaging! Frances is hands on and fixes my posture to maintain good form and get me to where I need to be. I take mat pilates and she has so much equipment to enhance the classical exercises!!
