I own a business so I understand the importance of these reviews. I have used Castle Express twice before for office moves and they have always been excellent. Today they fell short. Job quote was for 3 guys. Only 2 showed. They showed 30 minutes late and the job took considerably longer than it needed to mostly because the guys would take lengthy breaks to get high. We ended up moving a considerable amount of stuff myself just to get the job done today. The crew was unable to move one key piece of furniture because they couldnt get it into the new space. When they called the office they were told not to disassemble it to move it. Not sure what the issue was. They had no issues moving it the last time. Charged me $40 bucks to junk a $500 piece of furniture. I like Joe a lot and I understand the issues getting reliable help post Covid, but if you cant do the job, just say so so I can look elsewhere. The price was fair but the service was really lacking this go around.

Castle Express absolutely crushed it for us. They handled our out-of-state move from Vermont (deconstructed all of our furniture and packed our entire home), stored everything for five months, and then delivered it all to Connecticut without a single hiccup. They even managed our move from the townhouse into the new house afterward — seamless, on time, careful, efficient, and just easy to work with. Their crew showed up with positive attitudes every single time, treated our belongings with real care, and stayed flexible when our plans shifted (more than once). That kind of reliability is rare. Highly recommend them. They made a complex, multi-step and multi-state move feel simple. Thank you to Joe and his team!

I have used Castle Express moving several times. When they say they're your movers for life, they mean it. I even had them pick up a car's transmission for me. No move is too big or small they handle it all. Joe and his team are always amazing and professional. Great prices and as repeat customer, I always get a nice little discount as a reward for using them They've provided packing and moving and like I said before they also moved my car's transmission for me. Picked it up at a scrap yard for me and brought it to the repair shop perfectly handled

In an emergency, they booked us with less than a full days notice. Monique was unbelieveable during the process and so helpful. The movers were great getting my daughter out of her apartment and superb and fast getting her into another just a few weeks later. They communicate very well and estimates are spot on. The experience couldn't have been better. Got us a storage unit on short notice too in between moves. My only complaint there is once they charge you for a month, you're stuck paying the whole month whether you use it for the entire month or not. Seems like they should pro-rate it. Great experience overall. Would highly recommend Castle.
