Trouble free and they do fabulous work! Vehicles are done on time and to OEM standards! Just take your accident to them and they will handle everything else. Thank you Carstar and Crew!!

They did a fantastic job. It's not just as good as it was, it's possibly better. The technician was super helpful, walked me through everything that was supposed to happen, eventually walked me through all of the things that happened, and was just an all-around good dude. The receptionist was incredibly kind, very helpful, and all authentic smiles. I got notifications and updates very frequently, so I wasn't in the dark for very long on progress. The work looks great, and I'm excited to have my car back! They were one of my insurance preferred vendors, and I was thrilled with the outcome..

A flat tire on the highway meant I ended up needing a new bumper and a new suspension. Y’all did a great job and kept me updated during the process, and my insurance covered all of it. Photos before and after.

From the moment i arrived CARSTAR took me under their wing. I couldnt ask for any better treatment for my car and I. The repairs were timely, the work was extraordinary and the communication from CARSTAR left me with little to worry about. I would and have already recommended this body shop to a few friends.... The photos are the before and after CARSTAR entered my life.

I took my Mercedes C300 here due to someone backing into my car. Their insurance covered everything but I was still nervous to have a new shop working on my car. CARSTAR ended up doing an amazing job! Their customer service was a 10/10! The ladies at the front desk and the estimator were so nice and sweet! I will say I didn’t get much communication when my car would be done, but I didn’t mind because I had a nice rental I was driving. But otherwise everything was great! Before and after photos posted.
