Just closed on our Memphis home of the last forty-two years. The house was listed, sold and closed in a little over a month by the Lott Team of Carol and Amanda Lott. They were the BEST. They had already sold our daughter’s house, for considerably over asking price, so we knew going in that they were excellent. But they exceeded even our high expectations. They visited us prior to our move, to evaluate the house. They said when you are ready to move, call us and we’ll take it from there. They did and then some. They told us what improvements to make, chose, hired and supervised all the contractors and readied the house, inside and out for showing. It went on the market on the proposed date and within three weeks we had a signed contract. They shepherded the sale through inspection, appraisal and closing with exceptional attention to detail. The closing was yesterday and we received the proceeds today. I wish I had another house to sell, so I could re-hire them. Amanda Lott did a great job of selling my property -- it was only on the market for 2 days! She was thorough and very supportive - even after the sale she helped us get the closing arranged and arranged other details with the buyers and their realtor. I highly recommend Amanda and the Lott Team.
