My left fender was badly mangled and looked terrible when I brought my car in. I was honestly a little anxious beforehand, but Joe immediately put me at ease with his professionalism and clear communication. I came in with a bad alternator and battery. Joe was amazing. He explained everything to me and told me what I needed to do. He is a very kind man who offered to give me a ride home while my car was in his shop. He told me he could fix my car within a day and stood by his word. I wouldn’t recommend working with anyone more than Joe himself. He’s gifted at what he does, a man of his word, and helps you out like you’re family to him. He has great reviews for a reason. Joe does fast, thorough, meticulous, careful work. He’s also a good person, honest, kind, and helpful. My Honda CRV was nearly totaled with front end damage, and had been in another shop for six months. The other shop kept telling me it was almost done and then making excuses for why it wasn’t. Finally I had it towed to Joe’s and he had it done in 20 days, exactly as he promised. He had to go behind and fix the last mechanic’s shoddy work, which sounds tedious, but he did so with care and explained the process to me, even taking videos to show me. The prices were extremely reasonable. Most mechanics wouldn’t take on a project like this, fixing someone else’s mess, but he saved me from a bad situation and got me safely back on the road! I will only take my car to Joe from now on, and will be telling everyone I know.
