My order was simple, Red beats and Avo Toast, and a small Seattle Fog. My mistake was not ordering a large. Drink was sublime, just perfection. Food was so good I forgot to take a picture, which is a disservice because it looked gorgeous and tasted as beautiful as it looked. Fast and friendly

Hagen has a beautiful aesthetic with both indoor and outdoor seating. The space gets plenty of natural light, and on warm days they open their windows, which adds to the airy feel. I tried their seasonal latte flight with the Kobenhavn, Winter Velvet, Brunkager, and Butterscotch flavors. The drinks had subtle flavor profiles. I also ordered the salmon breakfast bun, which had a small portion size. The space itself is gorgeous, and seating is usually easy to find on weekdays, while weekends tend to be much busier.

A beautiful cafe in a pleasant neighborhood with a decent amount of parking nearby. The Nordic smoked cheese toast was tasty although a bit awkward to eat. The Kobenhavn Latte and the apple cider were quite delicious!

Visited on a Sunday, fairly busy but was able to get a table right away. Coffee was great and so was the food! I tried a seasonal flavor and the Salmon mousse toast. There are plants inside and very cozy but rustic feel to it, good vibes to spend time with people or study. Everyone working here was super kind. Wish I lived here because I would love to visit again!

Café Hagen is a really nice, chill spot for brunch. The vibe is laid-back and perfect if you’re looking for a relaxed weekend morning. The food itself tastes awesome—everything we had was fresh, well-made, and clearly prepared with care. The coffee was also really good, which is always a must for me at a brunch spot. That being said, I do feel the prices are a little on the higher side for the portions and overall value. It’s not a deal-breaker since the food quality is solid, but it’s something to keep in mind. There was a small line to order when I went, but nothing overwhelming, and it moved pretty quickly. Once seated, it was easy to just sit back and enjoy. I’d say Café Hagen is best for when you want a calm brunch experience, good coffee, and fresh food in a casual environment.
