We were selling a property but live out of state. I made a trip to Salt Lake and talked with three realtors. The first was very professional but when I told them we would wanted to make some improvements to the property they said they could refer me to a few contractors. Then next one was familiar with the area of our property but had never actually closed a deal on one close by. Joe met me at the property and did a complete walk thru pointing out a number of inexpensive ways to increase appeal and value. He had a complete list of reasonably priced experts in virtually all areas of improvement and personally took charge of getting estimates and sending them to me for final approval. We would not have been able to complete the project without extreme difficulty if not for Joe. I can't give him an adequate rating for his service. If 5 is the top then he was a 10.
