Quiet and clean. Weights are not labeled in lbs, so I assumed they were 10lb increments. Took some getting used to. Good selection of equipment for all body parts. I travel to Burlington on Thursdays through Sunday, so it’s a good once a week fit for my schedule!

Came to Burlington to visit family for the week. I have been working out at planet fitness, despite being sick of the constant crowd and small variety of machines. I ended up discovering this gem. The staff is super helpful, the gym is very spacious, and there are so many machines. Leg day here was a night and day difference compared to planet fitness. Needless to say, I’ll be coming here from here on out. Don’t waste anymore time at a “gym” like planet fitness, come to this one instead!!

Absolutely love this gym! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always welcoming—they really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and motivated. The hours are super convenient, making it easy to fit workouts into any schedule. The equipment is top-notch and there’s plenty of variety for all types of training. Clean, organized, and a great atmosphere overall. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to work out!

This gym is truly the best, hands down! It offers fantastic value for money, with everything you need, from free weights to plate-loaded machines. If you’re into weightlifting or powerlifting, this is the place for you. Plus, it’s open 24/7, and the owners are amazing! If you haven’t already, or if you’re considering it, this is definitely the place to be.
