After two years with braces, my son officially got them off today - and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the team was kind, professional, and always so welcoming. Anytime we had a question or needed something adjusted, there was always someone ready to help quickly and reassure us. We are so grateful for the wonderful care and support over the past two years. We are so grateful for our wonderful experience at Bozek Orthodontics! The results of our daughter’s braces are amazing. Her smile is so beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. From the very first consultation to her final photos after getting her braces removed, we received incredible care and service every step of the way. All of our questions were always answered thoroughly, and the staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely took the time to get to know us at each appointment. I wish I could give 100 stars. I have always wanted straight teeth and made the decision to pull the trigger on braces when I was advised by a periodontist to straighten my teeth prior to gum grafting surgery. This was to avoid additional gum recession following surgery. I did my research with a consultation at the two main orthodontists offices in Burlington as well as a handful of other traditional braces/Invisalign service providers. I felt as though Invisalign was pushed quite hard by the other orthodontist in Burlington. Dr. Melissa Milligan or Dr. Mel as she is known, sat down with me and went over my options carefully and really helped me understand which end result each option would provide. She understood the end goal for grafting surgery and helped me make the right decision for me. In the end I went with LightForce ceramic bracket system (3D-printed designed to fit the surface of each tooth). Ceramic brackets took some getting used to, but it was the right decision. I continually was asked why traditional braces instead of Invisalign. Dr. Mel and her wonderful team were able to make changes to my treatment as we went in order to move individual teeth. I am so incredibly happy I did not do Invisalign. In the end, my teeth moved enough so the gum grafting surgery will be more minimal than originally planned. I was given a treatment course from 15-18 months. I had my brackets removed today, 16 months in. If it wasn't for one silly tooth (nicknamed janky tooth), my braces would have been off months ago. Dr. Mel persevered as I knew she would and my teeth are perfect. I did not choose Bozek Milligan in the beginning, I chose Dr. Mel. She was kind, honest and incredibly supportive in helping me make this big decision as it was an investment as an adult. She supported me the whole way through and was such a wonderful cheerleader. I'm a big baby when I have to go to the dentist/orthodontist and the staff were patient and kind to me. Angie and Mary were so lovely and I looked forward to seeing them when I was there. Angie was always so patient with me. She removed my braces today and she ensured everything was perfect, as did Dr. Mel. Mary was always ready with a smile and a friendly chat and was incredible at returning emails and phone calls so quickly. If you are getting braces as an adult or a parent deciding for a child, please go to Dr. Mel at Bozek Milligan. She is worth her weight in gold and I would recommend her and her staff to absolutely everyone. THANKS DR. MEL!!!! :)

Dr. Bozek, Dr. Milligan and all the staff are wonderful! So personable, accommodating, and really take the time to get to know the patient and thoroughly explain the process and next steps at each visit- very helpful for a kid with anxiety. Thank you- my son’s teeth look amazing and that smile on his face today as the braces came off, says it all!
