I am not satisfied with their services and I, unfortunately, would never recommend this law company to a friend seeking help and guidance during a divorce. Mr. Miller never had time to talk with me, didn't help me prepare for mediation, and was never up to date when we talked on the phone (causing unnecessary extra charges), I chose him specifically because of his military knowledge... I could write more... but I'll just say that for my situation this company was a poor choice.

I had the best experience ever with this law firm. I was working with the attorney John Miller for almost a year and also sent incredibly large amount of information to Angela Sheets that had to be sorted through and categorized. I can not stress enough how wonderful it was to work with both of these amazing people. They were both always there to answer my questions and to talk me through my emotional times logically. My case was absolutely not a straightforward case. It was a divorce and contested custody case, involved multiple different states in the U.S, jurisdiction issues, and on top of it all I was the father attempting to obtain primary custody. This was never done maliciously, but for the safety and security of my children. Both John Miller and Angela Sheets worked tirelessly to help my children and secure their safety. These were amazing, compassionate, and above all knowledgeable people who were able to work with me and obtain the most wonderful custody arrangement I could have ever asked for. I will forever recommend them to everyone who is looking for competent people who know the law inside and out.

I’ve been at a loss of words at how to adequately comment or review the experience with Natalie and Jill at Boise Law Group. Natalie is wise, measured, informed, strategic, highly intelligent, extremely kind, tactical, data-driven, and above all, just. She epitomizes “advocate” in every way; immovable and unfettered in her role as a champion of your rights under the bounds of the law. She’s further complemented by Jill, who wastes no time or effort in ensuring seamless communication and only the necessary amount of work takes place to facilitate an effective and efficient operation. I don’t imagine a scenario where I would opt to have another individual or team represent me or my family, unless it were Natalie and her team. They are honest, forthright, open, and from what I understand, that’s not easy to find in this industry. I lucked out on my first experience with representation and I believe this may have set a bar that few can meet. Kudos to Natalie and Team for their human centric approach, that focuses on being fair, balanced and morally sound.

Natalie Greaves and her team exceeded any and all expectations I had in hiring an attorney. We had a particularly messy issue in what should of been a straight forward case. The other party continuously filed incorrectly and made everything messy. Natalie and Jill were so patient in hearing our story and assuring us of what the law said and where this case would likely go. They set clear expectations for billing and what would come next. I loved the online portal - it made communication so clear. We were able to see everything that would be filed before it was officially filed. This was an emotionally driven issue, and quite frankly, unbelievable to most people who heard about it. But Natalie handled everything with grace and finesse. She was diligent and well spoken, her responses to the other party were clear, concise and well researched. She has such a way with words and research that each time she wrote something about our case to the courts we felt such peace and like there was not a single stone she didn't turn over. The entire process was so peaceful and efficient from our standpoint. Natalie is my first referral to anyone that needs an attorney. She will be my first call for any legal matter, even if just to get a referral. Natalie and Jill are reliable, communicative, caring, charismatic, knowledgeable and overall an amazing legal team!

Working with Natalie Greaves had been a great experience and I am thankful that she placed my best interests forward when she represented me in family court. She answered all my questions, was patience with me, and understood that my traumas sometimes made it difficult for me to talk. I was able to take care of myself and my son while she diligently worked out the legal parts in family court.
