I was visiting Honolulu and stopped in for a quick beard lineup and low-fade cleanup. I had a haircut the week before and just needed a simple touch-up. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly, and everyone in the shop was polite and professional, which I appreciated. The barber assigned to me seemed fairly inexperienced. I understand that everyone needs training and practice, but I also didn’t expect to pay a premium price for a very basic service. I was charged $70 for what amounted to a quick cleanup. In many high-end barbershops even in major cities that price typically includes a full haircut, detailed beard service, scissor work, and towel service. None of those were included here. When I questioned the price, the reaction from the staff suggested this was standard, which was surprising given the simplicity of the service and the experience level of the barber. My beard lineup also required multiple corrections, and the barber even apologized for the mistakes. This review is not about the final result, but rather about pricing and customer experience. For a first-time customer, especially when being serviced by someone still developing their skills, a more thoughtful customer service approach and adjusted pricing would go a long way. Honolulu is expensive, but this felt overpriced for what was delivered. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, as the value simply wasn’t there.

Got a haircut from Storm at and he did an awesome job. He understood the exact haircut I wanted and it came out perfect. I got a drop fade and Storm paid great attention to detail to make sure the cut came out sharp. The shop is clean and has a welcoming vibe to it. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a quality barber.

First time bringing my son here and it was a blast. From the environment to the people. Loved the cut they gave my son and they made the experience very comfortable. Thank you guys ❤️

This particular Barber shop is One THE BEST on Island !! I started coming here a few months ago. Once I came walking into the door , the staff greeted me with so much aloha & made me feel welcomed. Which to me is amazing. Most barber shops don’t give that aloha spirit anymore. My barber “Storm” has always does an excellent job on my hair , exceeds my expectations better then I could envision. 100/10 would always come here to this location !

I went to cut my hair at this place. I was wolfing like 2-3 months. I came in met the barber and told him I like chop it down. He did that but the waves was Shetty and he never did my hairline bc he said I needed to lay my hair done and come back another day for a touch up. So I did what he said laid my hair down. Made an appointment I told them the barber who cut my hair. Came in and the barber want their but another barber cut my hair. He did cut my hair pretty good but I paid another $50 for the cut even tho the other barber who cut my hair and never finish it got $50 2. So I spent $100 on a cut 😂 these guys is nuts and please fix your service so you guys don’t get confused and understand.I bought their products 2 so like $100+.
