Fantastic experience from start to finish. Customer service has been 10 out of 10 for the whole journey (2yrs). Any issues that did arise were dealt with promptly. The orthodontists have been amazing throughout the treatment. I would highly recommend Birmingham Smile Clinic!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve had my braces here for about 8 months and it’s been a great experience so far. The staff are super friendly and everything runs smoothly at appointments. I’ve already seen really good progress and I’m glad I chose this clinic. Definitely recommend!

I have been with smile clinic for quite some time. Everyone is really lovely, not only the dentist but the reception staff too. I was with the Smile clinic on the NHS plan for braces I started in primary school. My brace journey has been very hard but with the clinic support I have had the best experience. I stopped wearing my retainers which led to my braces moving and me unhappy with my smile. But now I am on a private plan with the clinic and they have been extremely supportive. They offer really good advice and accommodate to your needs exceptionally. I am now 21 and half way through my brace journey. I’m hoping to have everything done in time for graduation so I can take my picture perfect smile as I hold my scroll!

My son has been having treatment for braces for the past few years. We have experienced nothing but professionalism and kindness. My son now has a beautiful smile and is very happy with his how his teeth look. Everyone member of staff including the ladies on the front desk have been very helpful and supportive. Couldn’t ov asked for a better experience.

We’ve had a very positive experience with Smile. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the treatment plan was clearly explained and well thought out. My daughter has been very well looked after throughout. The only downside is the distance, as we live in Cape Hill and have to travel to Hall Green, but aside from that everything has been great. Highly recommended.
